We have always endeavoured to run our business in an envionmentally responsible way.

As well as using organic and/or free range products on the preparation of our breakfasts as far as possible, we also try to ensure that food miles are kept to a minimum ggs, bacon, sausages and mushrooms are all sourced locally Other food products come from Fair Trade suppliers

For cleaning we use ecological products from plant and mineral based ingredients.

In oder to conserve enrgy, we havee installed a high efficiency boiler for heating and double-glazed the windows to the principle rooms Low-energy light bulbs are used where possible

In recognition of this, the Green Tourism Business Scheme gave Highview its Bronze Award on the basis of its initial audit

We are proud to be first accommodation provider in Surrey to have received this award
